Charlie is very ethical and morally sound. She knows what she wants and stands up for what she believes in. She's very considerate for other people and will stand up for them, too, if they're being mistreated.

HISTORY:
Charlene Scout Puckerman was born on the twentieth of December in Gold Coast, Queensland. She didn't ever know her father very well, because she clung to her mother most of the time, as did her brother. Their mother was the sweetest person they or you could ever know. Charlie believed that to be the case with Noah, too. He was always nice to her for the most part, and Charlie gave herself the credit that she was a sweetheart, too. When she was seven, their dad left and never came back. It wasn't unexpected, but it still hurt pretty badly for the now-single-mothered family.
On Noah's eleventh birthday, Charlie and their family moved to Manchester because her mother got a new job at St. Mungo's as a nurse. To add on, Noah got his Hogwarts acceptance letter. Excited for him, Charlie was ecstatic, but also very jealous and sort of sad. She'd be losing her brother for the majority of the year and her mother would be off working most of the time. Sure, Charlie was happy for them both, but at the same time, she didn't want to have a stranger babysitting her. Despite her wants, she did get a babysitter. She didn't last long, though, because that's when Charlie's magical encounters began.
Conflicted, Charlie had a lot of magical encounters due to her moods. She snapped a pencil her babysitter was using, chipped her babysitter's favorite drinking glass, and finally to seal the deal she made all the papers in the entire house fly out simultaneously, making a humongous mess of stress and disorder. Her babysitter quit almost immediately, and June had to start taking her to work with her instead.
Upon getting her acceptance letter three years later, Charlie was excited to finally join her brother and stop going to work with her mom everyday. Plus, homeschooling got lonely after a while. She was sorted into Hufflepuff, disappointedly. She wanted so badly to be in Gryffindor like her mom, but she couldn't change the way things were despite how much she wanted to. She did well throughout her four years of schooling with a few exceptions due to teasing remarks about her sorting and such. She ignored them for the most part, and when she didn't, they were hexed badly enough to leave her alone anyway. All through schooling, Charlie was gifted in one subject in particular. Charms. She's in the club now, and loves every second of it.
