PERSONALITY:
Victoire has always seemed to be two sides of a coin. Growing up, she was always a tom-boy type - climbing trees, playing Quidditch, and all in all doing things that her mother didn't consider lady-like. She always enjoyed them though, so she didn't see what was so wrong with it. This personality continued into the early years of her Hogwarts schooling. She was a trouble maker, but as time went on, she started getting sucked into the whole idea of being popular. After her fourth year, she turned over a new leaf so to speak, and started caring about being popular and her looks and all of that.
In other words, she started taking after more of her mum as she got older, and became a bit more of a fun loving, party girl. To go with her new personality, she got the attitude of being the center of attention in school. Pretty much, she was the it girl, or that's what she strives to be, at least. But with people she considers friends, she would do absolutely anything for if asked. Her family is the most important thing to her, and despite liking being the center of attention, she would lay it all down and do whatever was needed from her by them.

HISTORY:
Victoire Weasley was the first grandchild born to the Weasley family after the second wizarding war. Born on the anniversary of it, her parents gave her the French name meaning victory as a tribute to it and those who fought in it. Being the oldest was never something she was terribly fond of. From time to time, she felt like it put a large amount of responsibility on her shoulders, though she never let it quite show. But also being the eldest, she grew up really close with Teddy Lupin who was her best friend practically since birth.
Though she was a couple of years younger, Victoire would follow Teddy everywhere when they were younger, and do what he did. During her younger years, she tended to be a bit more of a tomboy type than she is now, doing stuff like playing Quidditch and getting dirty, most likely because she was close with Teddy. Her mother never really approved, because she felt those things weren't lady like.
As they grew older, they stayed strong in their friendship, but still started to discover they liked different things. Victoire discovered make up and boys and popularity, which pretty much has dominated her school life. She believes she's the girl most people want to be, and she likes it. But with her family and Teddy, she's still the sweet girl she always was, just older now.

SAMPLE POST:
Victoire had been wandering around the platform, trying to locate her friends or at least some people she knew well enough to have a conversation with, and before she knew it, the train was almost leaving. Hurrying back towards the way she had originally come from, she ran over to her parents and embraced them in tight hugs before planting kisses on their cheeks and hurrying over towards the train. Dragging her trunk behind her, she caught sight of a familiar flash of blonde hair blonde enough to rival her own.
She smiled and made a beeline towards her sister, pulling her trunk behind her and pushing her way through the maze of people still saying their goodbyes. "Sorry. Sorry." she would mutter from time to time as her elbow connected with someone's side or her trunk and owl would roll over someone's foot. After what seemed forever, she finally reached Dominique, and hurried to close the distance between them. "Dom!" Her breathing was a bit more labored that she would like, and her voice a bit windy as well. Her sister disappeared into one of the empty carriages and Victoire frowned before following her.
She hadn't had a chance to spend much time with her sister over summer break, and she couldn't help but feel that Dominique was hiding something from her. She wasn't sure and couldn't pinpoint what it was exactly, but there was something she didn't know, and she didn't like it. Luckily for her, there weren't many people on the train yet and she could easily navigate through the small hallway before reaching the cart she had seen her sister go into.
Opening the door, she offered her sister a small smile before closing the glass door behind her and pulling her trunk in before grasping the handles tightly. Using as much strength as she could, she hauled the think into the luggage compartment, pushing it all the way in. It was much harder than she remembered without Teddy here to help her. She took the seat across from Dominique and watched her younger sister carefully, wondering what was on her mind. "So," she started. "How was your break?"
